Havuç : Mükemmel bir besin maddesi ve bir vitamin deposu olan Havuç’tan, yağlı ciltler için de çok iyi bir reçete hazırlanabilir. Birkaç havuç iyice yıkanıp temizlenir, suyu çıkartılır 1/3 oranında taze domates suyu iie karıştırılır, dinlendirilir.Uygulama : Akşamları önce, yüzün en çok yağlanan kısımları, bir parça pamuk kullanılarak bu su ile silinir. Daha sonra bütün yüz ıslatılır, kendi haline kurumaya bırakılır.
